Introduction

Perfect information is the assumption that “ With perfect information in a market, all consumers and producers are assumed to have perfect knowledge of price, utility, quality and production methods of products”.

Online labor markets consist of : Workers, requesters and platform creators, requesters pay money in exchange for a product ( tasks ).

To build a perfect information market, we should optimize the following :

Information between workers and Requesters : Reputation of workers, quality of tasks description, priority of taskfeed. and estimated time to finish tasks.

Information flow from the platform side to workers and requesters :

Regulations and policies - Workers and Requesters define them, the platform executes them

Terms and conditions - Workers and Requesters define them, the platform executes them

Statistics and numbers about the platform - Public resources

Meetings and decisions - Workers and requesters discuss publicly on the forum. Platform discussions are open to anyone who is part of the platform.

Constitution - Workers and Requesters define them, the platform executes them
