This week we are focusing on the three themes Empathy, Resolution and Reputation. We discussed on these themes and concluded that

we can add more insights in these Themes.

Design Axes for 3 Themes

Empathy

What do these ideas tend to have in common?

    Incentive and Bonus System  
   * These ideas give a pleasant approach on giving Incentives and Bonus. Which tends to encourage workers as well as requesters(indirect way). 
   * Ideas focus on giving incentives in terms of gifts like Movie Tickets, Lunch, Gift Coupons, Travel packages, party, extra wages
     event passes etc.
   * They focus on how to make workers happy and requesters being more satisfied.

How do these Ideas tend to differ?

   * Make workers act as Requesters and visa versa idea has a different approach which suggests doing each other's work, workers 
     requesters should have better understanding what the fellow person wants. Leading to a different way than other ideas.
   * Match making, Exchanging Ideas while meeting outside the system and communicating in new ways like through social media professional site.

Inspirations from the theme

   * Building a common system in which Workers and Requesters have mutual understanding to reduce the communication gap and add productive work
      system. 

Resolution

What do these ideas tend to have in common?

    Elimination of Bias System   
   * These ideas focuses on how to eliminate the unfair mechanism from Requesters towards Workers. 
   * Ideas include feedback/review mechanism, analysis of malpractices by requesters. 
   * To have a common way of communication for complains.

How do these Ideas tend to differ?

   * They differ in the way of keeping feedback/review.
   * They differ in keeping out unfair mechanism towards Workers. Like having a moderator in the system who can justify the procedure. 
   * Functionalities through which worker can ask Requesters about the complains they have with workers.

Inspirations from the theme

   * Building a common system in which there will be facilities for feedback/review,communication,justification for Workers and Requesters. 

Reputation

What do these ideas tend to have in common?

     How to get Quality of Work?  
   * These ideas focuses on leveling Workers and Requesters both.
   * Availability of workers  based on tasks and ratings.
   

How do these Ideas tend to differ?

   * They differ in the way rating and categorizing the Workers and also Requesters. 
   

Inspirations from the theme

   * Building a common system in which the rating/leveling for workers and also availability of the tasks limited to the workers  based on the
     ratings and skill set.

We made productive ideas by analyzing the above system and from the inspirations we took from each Systems. Those ideas described in the following pages. We made two pages based on the themes which includes the content of our ideas based on the themes.
