Experience the life of a Worker on Mechanical Turk

We could not try mTurk because they were not allowing sign ups from India. So we tried ClickWorker. It required us to fill a lot of surveys and interests. There were assessments tests of English and Information sorting techniques.

For every new kind of job we need to prove out eligibility through a test. The number of HITs (jobs) were very less and most of the time were not available The common HIT found was to categorize webpages based on their content maturity. The pay per HIT was very less (0.01$) and number of HITs available varies from time to time. Job was easy but sometimes required more time. The total earning is very less compared to the time spent on the jobs. The jobs get boring and there is a lack of variety.
