Milestone 4 Opera Empathy:Feedback
The worker and the requester will rate the task feedback in terms of satisfaction with respect to payment, result quality, worker availability, requester communication promptness. Overtime the system will analyze the feedbacks generate classifications like “happy workers”, “late payers”,”long wait time for task acceptance”. Each of these classifications will be visible to both the workers and requesters. This will give both the parties a holistic view of the system and workers and requesters can improve on it.This way it’s a self-healing system as both parties know each other’s pains and demands.One can also have a private feedback per user, meaning the requester will be able to see what percentage of workers consider him a fair payer etc. Same way workers can see what percentage of requesters find him good quality wise.
