Moderator to solve any conflict
All the below mockups are from the moderator point of view.
This will be the prototype profile of the moderator. All the links will lead to a different page, where all the details will be specified
Once the moderator chooses to resolve a particular issue, the page will look like above. Here both requestor and worker will put forth their points and the moderator will take a series of events to come to a conclusion and resolve the issue.
Once the dispute is resolved, the worker and requestor, can rate the moderator. If the moderator keeps up to a particular rating, then he remains, else he will be demoted to just a worker. This is to avoid inefficient moderators.
