Challenge: There is a need to have tasks improved and polished before they are shown on the site alive. However, it can become expensive to incorporate this verification step.

Proposal: We propose to turn these verification tasks into social events and thus remove their monetary costs. People will do the tasks for free because they believe that they are bonding with their fellow co-workers and gaining social capital.
