We created work flows for both worker and requester. It shows that after a worker finishes a task, how requester will receive a notification for asking them review the task and leave feedback. System will find out what skills that have been definitely used in the task, and what skills that could be possibly used. A Requester will have the option to choose evaluate or not. If the requester will evaluate the skills for a worker, the requester will get points as rewards for leveling up his/her ranking.

Our prototype also shows that worker will receive notification about the skill evaluation and comments. At the meanwhile, the system will bold the skills and show a little notification icon above the "comment" button that have been evaluated on the worker's profile to explicitly indicate which skills were evaluated. After the worker sees the changes of those skills' level or clicks on the "comment" button, the bold will become normal, and notification will be gone.
