Inspiration I found MTurk's layout really counter-intuitive, especially sorting the tasks and searching for the optimal HIT.
Solution An initial onboarding of workers (like Pinterest), so that appropriate HIT recommendations are going through to the worker. It might increase the retention rate considerably. For registered workers, normal prediction algorithms based on browsing history would suffice.
