This aspect of the assignment deals primarily with three aspects - how to improve Boomerang, how to deal with reputations of new comers and helping them deal with work relevance issues!

As I was brainstorming, I just thought around the following patterns elaborating on the ideas already mentioned above.

MOTIVATION - There are workers who don't put in required effort or sustain enough interest who end up spamming the requester or their related team which decreases over all integrity of the system.

WORKAROUND - We can study their psychological behavior through their interactions with the environment and make changes to the Boomerang system accordingly (taking all kinds of user test cases along with machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms) and cancel their subscriptions to the platform. Stringent actions are necessary to continuously discourage such users (in addition to the authentication systems).
