What did you like?
- There are many Hits available to work on.
- Platform is popular
What did you dislike?
- My registration application was denied and I had to use Sandbox
- The website is not responsive, and the design is outdated. It looks like the site was made for low-class workers and professionals may hesitate to join.
- Buttons are not prominent, so it's a bit hard to identify.
- Pagination and sort by drop down areas are too small and hard to read.
What do you think can be improved about the system?
- The whole layout and design should be changed.
- The Registration process should be simplified.
- Should minimize the post backs

What did you like?
- When we start a project, there is sample question types available to start, which is helpfull.
What did you dislike?
- Overall layout and the design. It seems outdated.
- Creating a new project is a bit tricky, and process is hard to understand
- Creating input fields are complex; the requester should have a fair knowledge in HTML in order to do that.

- Interface is really nice
- Job recommend system send an email to workers recommending relevant jobs that he can perform.
- Has a really good forum
- The User can add a comprehensive profile, even a video introduction.
- Test's are available to show users skills.
- The user can work hourly or fixed price.
- Jobs are widely available.
What did you dislike?
- Site is not responsive
- Starting as a freelancer is really hard. People can't recognize your skills without a profile. For new the workers building their profile is a bit tricky.
- Clients can post heavy tasks for low prices that are absurd.
- Only function when they can maintain trust between workers and requesters

- The bottom layer of workers can work with the system
- They have built the system to support low-end phones. So, people don't have to invest much in equipment.
- People can work from anywhere anytime. Which is a massive plus point.
What do you think can be improved about the system?
- The system should have multiple language support. Because, most of the low-level workers have limited knowledge in international languages and they can only handle their mother tongue.

- Partial paying system for the workers. Upwork has a partial payment system and they release % of the payment half way through.

- Can find the domain experts.
- The tasks can be modularize and assign to experts to complete.
- The flash team can be managed easily.
- Developer has the direct responsible and if he fail, he can be replaced easily.
