Discussion forums are a place for workers like Wendy and requesters like Ron to ask questions, provide answers, address grievances, clear misunderstandings. It’s basically an open communication point which allows Workers and Requesters to interact with each other. This nullifies the need for third-party forums and social media groups. The forum would have several threads of discussion based on topic, concerns, FAQs, etc.
