Introduce a Daemo ready certification for Workers and requesters.
Workers certification questions will contain a basic question about the Daemo platform that every worker should know.
Requesters certification questions will contain a basic question about the Daemo platform and questions related to How to create a task.
Without getting certified workers and requesters can not proceed and its a mandatory for every user.
