Diving deeper into specific ideas


A worker or requester can make their voice heard by being able to talk to a real human rather than a bot. This helps alleviate their concerns and gives them a platform to voice their concerns or get help with any issue.

Workers and Requesters can use a common chat platform to communicate amongst themselves or have a forum with a moderator to resolve any issues.

By open governance, information about workers or requesters can access to personal stats of one another. This helps resolve issue faster as people tend to have a platform to voice their grievances. This helps the team to gather valuable insight into who they are hiring/ working for. This helps in ensuring a fair wage to the conflict resolution.
