Requesters can currently reject work without providing details and the worker feels they have spent their time and energy for nothing.
A worker or requester can make their voice heard by being able to raise their matter in front of an ethics committee and not just flag the requester. A request may be made to get more information from the requester as to why their work was rejected. The requester is liable for a detailed description, otherwise it reflects on their ratings. An ethics committee helps alleviate their concerns and gives them a platform to voice their concerns or get help with any issue. Workers get closure and can improve themselves.
Workers and Requesters can use a common chat platform to communicate amongst themselves or have a forum with a moderator to resolve any issues if they feel is minor and trivial.
By open governance, information about workers or requesters can access to personal stats of one another. This helps resolve issue faster as people tend to have a platform to voice their grievances. This helps the team to gather valuable insight into who they are hiring/ working for. This helps in ensuring a fair wage to conflict resolution.
