Representation Idea

Every worker should have a profile that displays his/her area of interests to work for, motives for working and details of any skills if possible so that it is easier for requester to find relevant workers.

The tasks progress should be incremental in nature. The requester must provide necessary feedback at every stage, so that the worker would know the right way to go about the tasks.
